Dr. Reilly did not listen to me. I am sensitive to meds and I knew this was going to happen. He prescribed medication that made me ill then they refused to see me citing they would see me at the scheduled appointment- which was scheduled 2-3 weeks out. Steroid injection did not help my pain and made my joints hurt terribly, my tinnitus was worse, and my Hip pain was absolutely terrible. Check your records - the falsely documented information (pain relief (assigning different numbers than actual pain levels pre injection - with improvement post injection as well as documented relief noted- not one person asked me about pain levels post injection but numerical number were documented) monitoring post injection ( adequate amount of time for them was zero) and movement from procedure room to recovery area (there was zero movement).

He’s a great dr. Knows his stuff and also helps explain it to you like your a little kid so you can understand it. I’m not so smart when it comes to medical terms so I like that. I’m also happy that he gives you options and really listens to you and wants to make sure you are in good care and feel good.

Very pleased… the p an Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Was great at explaining a plan, dispelling my fears and uncertainty. Trust built and hope restored that I can regain mobility with less pain. Physical therapy and chiropractor will be effort made and rewarded.. I love your office, thank-you

Dr. Whiten was very nice, very caring person he fit me into his busy schedule bc I was in so much pain. It’s a great place to be if you have pain issues. He listened to me so he could help me better.

Dr. Whitten has given my son his quality of life back while allowing my son to be in control of his treatment. My son has Complex Region Pain Syndrome (CRPS.) It’s known as the suicide disease because it’s 12/10 painful. It is also notoriously difficult to treat. Dr. Whitten had validated my son’s pain. He has given him treatment options every steps of the way allowing him to chose his treatment path because neither I nor Dr. Whitten are in his body. My son got to choose how aggressivly he wanted to treat it. He provided hope but never oversells. He offers evidence based treatments and is up to date on the current treatments for this rare disease. We were offered multiple modalities of treatment which my son chose. He now is free of daily excruciating pain. He gets occasional flares that abortive meds are able to stop. This is incredible progress!! I highly recommend Dr. Whitten for treatment of pain.

Dr Witten listened to my concerns. Discussion was accommodating & further x-rays ordered for pain. This is biggest concern for most clients. Time to LISTEN, be heard, and have concern for reducing the pain. Over all, it felt the MD satisfied all my concerns.
